The location was great, room was clean and comfortable. The 1st room they gave us smelt of stale smoke as it had a balcony and I guess previous guests hadn't closed the door when smoking. The very helpful front desk staff changed our room straight away to a much fresher smelling room. The breakfast room was very busy but good, something for everyone. There was a lot more choice than I expected and the staff are constantly restocking everything so for those who arrive just as breakfast is finishing they still get a good choice.
The room walls are very thin and you can hear people talking in the next room. It's not too bad as it just sounds like the tv is on in the next room but when you get young kids next door that's a whole different story!

The venue is quaint and recently renovated, its location is magnificent, close enough to all USA stores, Casinos, and the Flathead Valley. It offers affordable prices. The staff in general is really helpful and hard-working. The family room overlooks the mountain and includes a microwave oven and coffee/tea makers.

The staff, the rate, the bed was good, the room although old/worn was clean and had all one needed.
The carpet & chair were pretty stained and the room we had (207) was subject to a lot of noise, both from thr road as well as next door and the hallway. I would stay here again but would ask for a quieter room away from the road.

I didn't like the fact that they tried to overcharge our stay. We had to show our Booked.net confirmation to get the price we were quoted. Also, our bed was hard as a rock, the curtain did not close all the way in our room and the hotel is very dated.

The staff were friendly
the maintenance on the facility was terrible. there was an unclean smell that required deodorizer, the cover was off the electric heater, the air conditioner air deflectors were broken, the light diffuser was broken, the caulking around the shower was discolored and cracked and the shower head was too low.

mixed experience but cleanliness was an issue
The staff were attentive and tried to accommodate our requests . The location provided easy access to local attractions.
The cleanliness of the room was a significant concern.

We got quiet rooms at the back of the Lodge. They were spacious and clean.Staff were able to arrange that our room was close to the room of our elderly parents /grand-parents.
The beds were too soft with permanent sagging in the middle ,for my liking. I ended up sleeping on my camping mat . But my kids and husbands had no complains with the beds.

Everything was fine save some miscommunication over when the rooms were serviced for stay-overs and that was resolved satisfactorily. No complaints at all on the room or the staff.
The one thing that was annoying was the water temperature in the shower. It would suddenly go cold and then hot, nearly burning me at one point. I am not sure what the problem is--perhaps an older on-demand system?-- But that is the only complaint I have to report.

We stayed one night and visited Whitefish Lake for some skiing and wild zip-lining. The area also offered cool outdoor activities like snowmobiling and snowshoeing. Our room was comfy with decent space, and the staff was super friendly. Be prepared for limited parking, though.
One of our friends had trouble with a malfunctioning outlet, pretty annoying .

The motel was very quiet and the room was very clean. The room had a small balcony and the window A/C unit was electronic so I could select a temperature. The queen bed was firm and comfortable.
This is an old building and my room had a yellow tub and sink. But, it was clean!

It was in a convenient location for our vacation needs but there is lots of room for improvement and many features need to be updated in what apparently is an old facility.
The complimentary breakfast left a lot to be desired when compared to the breakfasts we had at other hotels on our vacation such as Holiday Inn Express Hotels. Very limited breakfast selections (only bread products and donuts) and nothing very nourishing. Not enough tables for the amount of guests who were eating breakfast. The televisions in the rooms need to be updated to something more modern and user friendly. The carpets in the room we stayed in should be cleaned or replaced. They looked dirty. We were very disappointed but there was no other room in the entire town on the dates we needed.

Decent stay for a night
The staff was super friendly and helpful. Our room was nice with two queen beds, a microwave, and a refrigerator. It had a clean private bathroom and good cable channels on the TV. The breakfast had a selection of pastries and juices which was a nice touch. Location was convenient for exploring nearby eateries.
